We would like to bring to your attention the 10th year anniversary of WED's dedicated activities in our community. A decade ago, Reality Investment & Consultancy Service Ltd embarked on a remarkable journey to join in the Global Annual Celebration of amazing Entrepreneurs with extraordinary determination. Over the years, WED events have been institutionalized as a community vehicle, bringing entrepreneurs together to promote Entrepreneurship Education, Quality Products/Services, and sharing innovative ideas in order to create an atmosphere of business sustainability in our community.
The journey of WED has seen the birth of many business products in many ways, aimed at promoting business innovation, creativity, and tasking entrepreneurs to live up to expectations in the world of business that demands business continuity in order to succeed in our competitive society.
It's important to share with our stakeholders that during this year's WED , the team focused on providing up-to-date information on new business opportunities through various survey reports conducted and shared freely, B2B linkages to investors, partners to promote networking, which has yielded partnerships and strengthened business ventures.
In the last years, WED has created much-needed awareness within and outside of our community about who we are and what we do to satisfy our amazing customers.
Our experiences and challenges have motivated us to strategize in our efforts, working around the clock to interact with various levels of entrepreneurs to gain insight into the ways different entrepreneurs manage their businesses and give them a platform to share the knowledge gained with young entrepreneurs. The experiences we gained have given us an edge to be part of policy decisions that represent the entrepreneurs' interests. This has gained us recognition, honor, and respect for consistency and our ability to help entrepreneurs effectively translate their challenges into opportunities. We at WED will continue to share our experiences through various publications and at Global Entrepreneurship fora.
There is hardly any journey without challenges , and in the last decade, we have identified three major onerous challenges peculiar to the community. They include:
1. Making emphasis on social activities first without prioritizing other essential business areas that will enhance business productivity, relegating entrepreneurs' forums as less important, as seen in the low Entrepreneur participation in such forums.
2. The challenge is the culture of business copy right syndrome without exploring other new business opportunities in the community for startup by individual or group. The imitation of businesses (just because one entrepreneur starts up a business, another will venture into the same, mostly within the same location).
3. Some CEOs' culture of delaying response to documents sent to them for necessary action, lack of prompt feedback on issues related to businesses that affect great initiatives that should benefit our community.
The solution to these observed challenges is for us to embrace best business practices and transformation to change the way things are done by entrepreneurs.
Some of our successes can be traced from feedback we received at the end of each program by analyzing and taking notes of the majority comments that have continuously shown Entrepreneurs' appreciation of our consistency in organizing Entrepreneurship activities in the community, offering business clinics to support entrepreneurs to achieve their business strategic goals, promoting family businesses in the community, management of Entrepreneurship database, and most importantly, the trust given to us by the stakeholders.
We, in no way, take this show of support for granted. We must, therefore, say a heartwarming thank you for being a part of the WED journey. Together, we can build sustainable Entrepreneurship Community by grooming ordinary Entrepreneurs with Extraordinary Determination.
WED Anniversary Package:
1. Entrepreneurs with three consecutive WED certificates of attendance will receive a special order of his/ her products or services ranging from 50k-100k from August 2023.
